Individual site access is tracked and recorded. Leave notes for others checking onto the site, view site documents and RAMs during a site visit.
The Skylark mobile app allows sites to introduce a 'health check' which will prompt all users to confirm their safety by a single click. Both time and location data will be stored against every health check.
In the event that a health check is not acknowledged, the system will notify the relevant people after a predetermined period of time and an emergency response can be initiated if required.
The Skylark platform is controlled and monitored via an online management portal. Site owners can login to manage their sites and to gain visibility over the users accessing their sites.
Skylark control staff monitor any alerts to users who have not responded to health check prompts and will provide support and assistance to all users of the Skylark control platform.
The Skylark platform can use API capabilities to talk to and update other software systems that a Site owner may be using. For example an expected return to service time for a particular asset could be entered by the Skylark control app user that would update a Google sheet, or an issue with a piece of plant could be highlighted that would update the Site owners issue tracking system.
Reports can be easily filtered and exported form the Skylark platform with the click of a button.
